World champion taste

"In my words, NorthTaste is simply world champion flavour! It is of such high quality that stock made from NorthTaste is equal to my own homemade stock. The difference is that NorthTaste has done all the hard work that lies behind a good stock: finding good claws and shells, cleaning them, cooking them, sieving the stock, and so on. I would estimate that NorthTaste saves me about 1/5 of a cook, never mind the savings on room required, which is of no small importance in a small restaurant like mine, where every square foot is at a premium. I use NorthTaste, for instance, in my special fish soup but I also use the stock in various sauces and dishes on our menu." |
