NorthTaste is a frozen paste chefs can use to create high quality seafood taste. NorthTaste is made out of the best raw material from the sea without any additives. It is very easy to use and can be applied to all dishes where seafood taste is needed. The possibilities for the use of NorthTaste in the creative kitchen are only limited by the imagination of the chef himself. NorthTaste is handy and economical to use, whether the chef is preparing a festive course or a low-cost every day dish. The cost depends on the quantity of NorthTaste used in each dish and that quantity can vary depending on the chef's intention. Currently, NorthIce produces
four types of Northtaste: Lobster Stock, Shrimp Stock Clam Stock and Pollock Stock. The company is currently developing new
flavors that will be put on the market in the near future.
