Bear in mind that NorthTaste is a frozen product. Shelf life before opening in -18 °C (0 °F) is 6 months for ShrimpStock and PollockStock and 3 months for LobsterStock. After opening in a refrigerator (at 0-4°C) the shelf life is approx. 2 weeks.
