Lobster Stock
Norway lobster
Lobster Stock is a pure, Icelandic natural product. Its main characteristics are:
- Lobster Stock is manufactured from whole-frozen Norway lobster (Nephrops norvegicus).

- Lobster Stock dissolves quickly and completely in water.
- Lobster Stock contains no artificial additives of any sort. It is produced exclusively from lobster. No salt, spices,
flavor enhancers or other substances are added, which means that Lobster Stock does not interfere with other ingredients in the recipe.
- We recommend that Lobster Stock be stored frozen, but if it is kept thawed in a refrigerator it should be stirred before use.
