How is NorthTaste made?
NorthTaste is produced with a new and unique way of bringing out the natural flavour and qualities of seafood. In the production of NorthTaste, enzymes from the fish itself are used to extract the flavour from fresh raw material. This is done under very mild conditions with minimum heat treatment that preserves the natural taste of the seafood. No artificial additives are used, giving the product the highest purity and natural qualities. NorthTaste is produced under strict quality management and under optimal conditions. The method used gives exactly the same taste as was in the raw material used. Therefore it is of a vital importance to produce the NorthTaste products only out of highest quality raw material. The method used is patent pending.
